Welcome! I’m Bernard Dawa Tshering Bhutia, a passionate advocate for talent development, leadership training, and executive coaching with over 20 years of experience in the corporate and academic world. My journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence, innovation, and the belief that any skill can be acquired with dedication, practice, and the right guidance.

Currently serving as the Head of the Center of Talent Development (COTD) at Woxsen University, I am responsible for shaping the learning experiences of future leaders through strategic training programs, experiential learning initiatives, and corporate collaborations.

Under my leadership, the COTD has introduced credit-based life skills programs, global certification partnerships, and AI-driven learning solutions to ensure students and professionals are prepared for the evolving job market.

My professional journey began in the corporate sector, where I worked with some of the world’s leading organizations, including HP Technologies, DXC Technology, Genpact, Infosys, NIIT, and Jindal’s. Over the years, I have trained and mentored thousands of professionals, empowering them with leadership capabilities, business acumen, and industry-relevant skills. As a Six Sigma Black Belt certified professional, I have also leveraged data-driven methodologies and AI-powered tools to enhance learning outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

Beyond my corporate experience, I am an author, keynote speaker, and consultant, committed to driving thought leadership in education and workforce development. My book, Career Connect – A Handbook to Campus Placements, serves as a practical guide for students and professionals navigating the competitive job market.
